Graphic Designer:
1. Responsible for graphic design, including posters, social media and website covers/layouts, POP design, and page composition.
2. Communicate with clients and make revisions to deliverables as needed.
3. Design layouts and decorations for exhibition and event venues.
4. Handle layout management, content updates, and basic website maintenance.
International Sales Representative:
1. Organize, file, and track department-related documents; reply to customer emails within an appropriate timeframe.
2. Maintain positive customer relationships.
3. Process and organize shipping orders and purchase orders.
4. Manage and update customer contact information.
5. Complete other tasks assigned by the sales supervisor.
6. Assist sales personnel with internal administrative work related to sales operations.
7. Provide general administrative and logistical support for the department.
8. A driverโs license (for standard passenger vehicles) is preferred, as some external tasks may be required.
